One surface. Many reads. The right path, the right channel.
Four near-identical pairs: a frightened cardholder, a request for a Sharia ruling, a furious complaint, a family waiting on a transfer. In each pair the words look almost the same; what sits beneath them does not. The system reads the signal underneath, sends each to the right place, a specialist in confidence where it matters, then leads each person to the channel that fits, a silent chat where someone cannot speak freely, a voice where one is needed, every other channel still open.
