The public websites of 24 luxury, ultra-luxury, premium and expedition cruise brands, read exactly as a brand-new guest finds them: homepage, contact page, quote and enquiry paths. What is each guest actually offered when they want to start a conversation? Observation only — no forms submitted, no chats opened, no calls placed.
Counts include only observable, medium-or-better-confidence findings; "unclear" verdicts are excluded from positive counts.
What each brand's public site offers a brand-new guest, as audited 8–11 July 2026.

What was audited. Public websites only — homepage, contact page and quote/enquiry pages — as they present to a brand-new guest (not a booked guest), 8–11 July 2026.
How. Read-only observation of live pages. Where sites blocked automated access, pages were read via text-render proxies, search-engine snapshots of official pages and reputable third-party corroboration. In one case (Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection) the production JavaScript bundles and live CMS API were inspected directly.
What was not done. No forms submitted, no chats initiated, no calls placed, no bookings attempted. Findings describe what a guest is offered, not response quality or speed.
Bounded claims. Static reading cannot execute JavaScript, so a chat widget injected at runtime could exist unseen — "none observed" is a bounded claim, not proof of absence. Five brands carry "unclear" chat/AI verdicts for exactly this reason and are excluded from every positive count. Some audits cover one locale only. Oceania's bot status rests on the brand's own help-centre content plus reviewer reports.
